Posing for photos is really just attitude.
If you like yourself – no matter your outward appearance – having your image captured is enjoyable. I think that’s why at parties and weddings, I prefer candid shots. Sneaking around corners to capture those honest moments. The subjects are not worried about the double chin, muffin top, wrinkles, bad hair day. They are just in the moment. Living life.
Actors get it. They shine before the lens because they know the photo does not only reveal the skin – but that below the skin.
It’s all attitude.
